More than 14 calendar days

before the photo shoot

 

When a client is required to postpone o

r even cancel his participation in a session,

a writing is necessary. This information

must be communicated to us no later

than 14 calendar days before the session.

No fees will be charged in this case.

Second cancellation and/or postponement :

the deductible of fourteen calendar days

is no longer applicable,

and Eric D. Photography

will invoice the entire service
 

Less than 14 calendar days before the session

In the event of cancellation or request

for postponement made less

than 14 calendar days before the session,

the client will be invoiced the full amount

of the session depending on reservation costs

(transport, rental, meals, among others),

being already committed, Eric D. Photography

will be forced to apply its general conditions

of sale in the strictest sense. 

A customer who does not warn

of his absence will be in the same situation.
 

Substitution

Eric D. Photography offers the possibility

to the client, before the start of the service,

to substitute the registered participant

another person with the same profile

and the same needs, with the prior agreement

of Eric D. Photography.
