You are free to change your mind

about your booking for any reason,

and cancel it before the story.
When a customer has to cancel his participation,

a writing is necessary.
This information must be communicated to us

no later than 14 calendar days

after the payment date.
No fees will be charged in this case.
Beyond that, no refund will be made.

Eric D. Reportages offers the possibility

to the client, before the start of the service,

to substitute the registered participant 

another person with a Facebook account,

with the prior consent of Eric D.

by email after subscription.
And a Facebook invitation will be sent to you

to follow the report(s).

Possible postponement(s)

Due to unfavorable weather,

for example a crisis or all other factors,

the report(s) may be delayed by a few days.
